这里记录了我重写到HTTPS的方法：
1、服务器打开IIS，在左侧选中需要开启HTTPS的网站，在右边找到"SSL设置"，双击进去，把"要求 SSL"的勾去掉，然后点击应用；
2、选中需要开启HTTPS的网站，在右边找到"URL重写"
双击进入"URL重写"，点击右边的"添加规则..."
